GENERAL INFORMATION

The legal entity operating Chic Manzil is Chic Manzil FZE
We are based in Dubai Marina, UAE.
All transactions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.


RETURN POLICY

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Due to the fragile nature of our products (ceramics, decorative items, and homeware), any item that has been used, damaged, or improperly handled cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • All returns are at customers expenses unless the product is delivered damages. Pictures of the product in its original packaging to be share for proof.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. VALIDITY OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS

1.1 All offers, products, and services provided by Chic Manzil are subject exclusively to these General Terms and Conditions, even when accessed from outside the UAE. Any conditions that differ from or contradict these terms shall not be recognized unless expressly agreed in writing.


2. CONCLUSION OF AGREEMENT

2.1 All products displayed on www.chicmanzil.com (the “Website”), including prices, are non-binding and subject to change. 

2.2 In the event that an item cannot be delivered within a reasonable timeframe due to circumstances beyond our control, Chic Manzil reserves the right to withdraw from the agreement. Any payments already made will be fully refunded.


3. PLACING AN ORDER

3.1 If an ordered item is unavailable, Chic Manzil may offer a substitute of equivalent quality and value. If no substitute is available or you choose not to accept it, a refund will be processed within 10 days from the date the order is confirmed.


4. DELIVERIES & SHIPPING

4.1 Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order, including shipping details and order number. Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation.

4.2 We ship to Dubai only For Abu Dhabi and Sharjah deliveries; please contact the customer service.

4.3 Orders are dispatched as soon as possible, subject to availability. In case of delays, customers will be informed accordingly.

4.4 Chic Manzil bears the risk of loss or damage during transit until delivery is completed. Upon receipt, customers must inspect their order immediately. Any damaged item must not be used and must be reported according to our return policy.

4.5 If a package arrives opened, damaged, or with missing items, a replacement for the exact product ordered will be provided upon receipt of a valid courier report.


5. REFUNDS & COMMUNICATION

5.1 Once returned items are received in acceptable condition, refunds will be processed to the original payment method, minus any outstanding charges.

5.2 Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are shipped using a trackable service.

5.3 By subscribing to Chic Manzil communications, you consent to receive marketing messages via email or automated technology, in accordance with applicable regulations.
